Can someone who has access to their F-32 tell me what make and model the small bilge blower is on the port side next to the larger cast aluminum blower. I am replacing all of mine and forgot to look at the make and model of the smaller of the two on the port side. I know the make and model of the larger one next to it.

My records show a PAR model 35400-0000 series blower. (Plastic) Is that what you're looking for? HTH

Yep that seems right. About a 2-1/2 to 3" hose connects to it rather than the larger blower next to it which is a Sutton Blower MB-412 cast aluminum.

Looks pretty close but I think my hose on this blower is a lot smaller than the blower next to it. They were making such a loud racket after I replaced the starboard blower motor that I decided I might as well replace both of these units. Just don't want to listen to something rattle when I know it should be a lot quieter. I'll probably just have to go look at them this weekend and pull them both out and take them home so I can order the correct ones. Thanks for the photos. That is probably the one though.

I have four blowers on my 1978 F-32. One for the bath vent which is located somewhere behind the galley and not sure where it vents to. One 115 CFM Sutton Blower model MB-412 on each side in the locker area and then another blower which I am not sure of the CFM, model number or make next to and aft of the port blower.

The blower for the bathroom is mounted under the kitchen sink and blows into the engine room.

OK, so all of the great engineering that was done by Trojan, how did that whole deal get designed where the bathroom air dumps into the engine room? Our 73 F36 has the same set up. When you look at how the hose is routed, it could have been easily terminated outside on the port engine vent box. I know if you were under way, that air would be brought back in to the engine compartment but at rest, it could leave the hull.

My quess is that Trojan figured with the moisture already in the bilge from the packing nuts on the propeller shafts and any other moisture, that having the moisture from venting the shower enter the bilge wouldn't be a big deal. Eventually the normal pressure in the bilge from that fan would force air out the fresh air intakes and exhausts anyway. They probably figured it wasn't worth the cost to drill another hole and mount a flange. I've never used my shower and the vent fan works fine because it probably has only been turned on 12 times in 30 years. It hardly even moves enough air anyway to be effective. Just venting the occasional smell to the bilge might make the bilge smell better than it usually does. Hahahaha.
