OK, so I, not willing to pay 300bucks for a stove thats crazy , if anyone has a single burner that they arent using and in good condition let me know.....

Also anyone knows the diameter on the steering wheel of the F26?

Yes I ask a lot of questions, but I'm trying to fix my boat long distance....

Thanks

Why don't you just get a single burner "hot plate" one that you can set on the counter and plug in...?

I replaced my old POS alcohol/electric princess with a really nice, new dual burner glass top. (Seaward model 2247) http://www.seawardproducts.com/ecooktop.htm

Only problem was...I didn't read the fine print. It was a 240 volt model. No wonder I got such a great price on it!

But, it looks good in my galley!

Why not consider one of those portable butane units in a box?
They are fast and safe for use inside and not too expensive to run.

I was looking for something I can do as an insert, the mobility to find fuel in any place and light weight...

Danny I think a 2 burner would be too big for my 26 counter space, but I thank you...
