how do you take off the doors covering the ac evaporator and other stuff?

If you are talking about the sliding doors in the Salon area, you have to get behind them with a stubby screw driver and remove the tabs at the top which are keeping them in the tracks. Start with the center one and once you have it off the tracks, move it to the back out of the way. Then remove the forward and aft doors, then remove your center door. Installation is the reverse of removal.
