Found this mold (or stain?) in the bow under the berth on an 11 meter. Wondered if this is common and if anyone has ideas on the possible source and mitigation options. I could not find any obvious leaks above the berth, so am concerned it may be coming from below the berth or anchor well ( or elsewhere?)
The boat is temperature controlled to some extent, is in a wet slip and shrink wrapped, but has not been used for a few months (winter).

agree on source. To clean, try Tilex (test in a hidden space) or soft scrub.
Motors should run. People -- not so much.
