looking for a step

Can anyone tell me where I might find a step that would fit into this garelick fitting? I'm not looking for a ladder but more of a step that would be maybe 8" down and make it an easier transition from the fiberglass steps I have on the dock. the fittings are 13" wide.

Should be pretty standard, Defender Marine or West Marine should have one that will work.
